I trusted Omar and his business for numerous projects throughout my home over an extended period of time. I was extremely pleased with the work at first and customer service upfront so continued to come back for business. Since last receiving his services, it has been many years and I am beyond regretful of my decision to trust this company whatsoever. The shower drain installed was never sealed so we are now dealing with years of water corruption and a nearly collapsed ceiling. A well known and highly reputable company for plumbing we have now hired stated they have never seen such terrible oversight done. On several projects, plumbers tape was used rather the regulatory requirements and overall recommendations for sealants which led to complete disasters a few years down the line. We were also informed our boiler was installed incorrectly so much so it poses a hazard to our safety in the home. Furthermore, holes for piping were made 2-3 times larger than needed with no foam applied

Omar was very professional and friendly, prompt with scheduled appointment times. We had a cracked cast iron drainpipe from the second floor, after evaluating he made additional recommendations to replace entire drain system from the Toilet to the basement, since we already had the walls open on the first floor. His price was very reasonable, work was completed in less than a full day. He removed all the scrap pipe when finished and cleaned up his work areas very well. Thanks Omar for a job well done,would use his services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone else who needs a plumber.
