Owners,sales office, installers and plumbers were all great. They were all very helpful and courteous. The counter/sink installation didn't start until late in the day but it was not the fault of Victory (sink was delayed in shipping b/c of weather) and the work was great. The tile installer also did a beautiful job and the plumbers were on time and very efficient. The entire project was done within a few days after I signed the contract, which was a plus. I couldn't be happier. I will call Victory again when I'm ready for a bathroom project.

Terrible customer services. Terrible workmanship, never showed when they said they would. Did not consult me on how I wanted grab bars installed, took it upon themselves to make that decision. Couldn't be changed because of the material. Built a bench in the shower, again did not ask me color I wanted. Did not seal my shower, 4 wks after the job was done another contractor or another project looked at the shower and informed me the shower seams had not been sealed, grout in flooring had cracks in them. They came back and fixed, should of NEVER happened. I did not live in the house at the time

"Due to ADA requirements there is only one position grab bars should be installed. Any other way can cause accidents and in the event that the customer should become disabled she would need them positioned in the proper position to handle weight without slippage. In order to avoid a lawsuit years from now by installing ADA bars incorrectly we chose to follow the requirements so we do not have anyone get hurt. As far as the shower being sealed, we installed engineered stone which does not require to be sealed. As far as the seams it did appear that some settling did occur and when we where informed of this we came out at the earliest available time and repaired any and all requests of the homeowner. As far as the color choice we never chose anything for the customer, all stone and tile installed was a choice she made and written in on the contract. I believe in this case the customer was mostly frustrated that we had to come back out and i do wish that we didn't have to. We did make every attempt to make the customer as happy as possible but unfortunately I do not believe she was able to be pleased."

Everyone is very helpful, the installers had a job before mine and was later arriving, but they called before hand to explain. They put in a long day and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.
