Sharonda took the time to thoughtfully explain the lead inspection process and how to connect with the MDE. Her quote was competitive and not only did she respond timely (less than hour) to my Angie s List quote request, she also completed the inspection in the same week. Because of her professionalism over the phone, I trusted her to complete the inspection without my being present. She also provided courtesy texts/calls upon her arrival and departure.
