She was patient with a modern system challenged home owner, really taking the extra time to help him to understand the ins and outs of his new system. The installed system works better than expected. This was a simple tv mount and she left 3 holes in my wall and I have no electricity in two rooms now and she will not call back. What is home advisors going to do about this mess in my house??
