Dennis Wade Benjamin is a professional thief and I vow he will pay for all the people he stole money from. Stay away from this thief!

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Mr. Wade Benjamin is fraud, I am sorry to admit. He was contracted over a year ago by my wife and I for new garage doors including all hardware, new bay window and porch repairs. We paid a substantial 50% downpayment and he is now ghosting us on all correspondence and has stoped responding. I understand he has done this before with other businesses that he has spun up in the past. Please avoid this vendor and this so called business man at all costs.

No. Wade took my money up front and 2 years later I still don?t have the door. I notified the Ohio Attorney General?s Office only to learn they went after him a few years ago for ripping off an elderly couple. He made promise after promise and excuse after excuse. At one point he claimed my door was ready but he had a fire and my door was destroyed. He won?t ever return phone calls or emails. After a little research he has done this dozens of times over the past decade. He should be in jail and hopefully soon he will be.

Sliding Door Installation
The Vienna install team was more than careful inside and out with my sliding door. I am so happy they came out and now I have use of my sliding door to my deck. Since I use my grill year round it is so nice to have access to it directly outside my door when the snow comes! If you need a door, these guys are the company to call!

Sliding Door Installation
Vienna Door is a great company. Wade and Ed are the sales guys, and even work on the installl. Wade is one of the most sincere people I’ve ever met! The install is done under his detailed supervision. This was easily our best home improvement experience!

I never felt more welcomed and at ease about a project. Wade and Ed are extremely intelligent and have a wonderfully skilled staff. I was relieved that they fit our budget and more relieved when they installed the new doors. Also, they are fast, from quite to install ot only took a week or so to complete.

True craftsmen. They ran into unique, unexpected problems with my old house, yet the final product was meticulous. Very respectful of my property. Honest and dependable. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about matters regarding technical details of the home. I would recommend highly and would definitely hire them again in the future.

I had my windows replaced by Vienna Door Company. Before they started the installation they took the time to explain to me what the installation would involve. They were very detailed in their work and even found some non-window issues during the install. They explained to me the issues and the ways I could correct them. They were very professional and easy to work with during the whole process. I love my new windows!!!

Sliding Door Installation
I had my front door replaced by Vienna Door Company. They did such an awesome job that I asked them to come back and replace a single door to my back yard with a sliding door. The change was so much better than I could ever imagine! I could not be any happier with my new doors or my experience with the team. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very trustworthy. I will not hesitate to reach out to them with any other door needs I may have in the future!
