Mark Vieto Mark was outstanding! He was quick to respond initially to my request for quotes and remained responsive and reliable throughout. He clearly has a lot of experience and is an expert electrician. We had a tripped a circuit in the breaker box and did not know the cause. He identified an outside outlet as the most likely culprit and was correct - it was not a properly grounded plug and the box was rotted out due to water intrusion. He replaced it with a proper grounded sealed outside box with proper grounded outlets. In addition he replaced an outdoor sensor light, removed and capped an old unneeded outdoor motion sensor light, and installed a new switch operated light in the back of the house. All of the work was top notch. Our old electrician had retired and closed the business. I am thrilled that I now have found a new one in Mark. He will be our 1st choice going forward. Mark did a great job installing my EV charger. He gave me a fair quote. I was able to schedule quickly with him and he gave me advice on where to place the charger. The installation went great! I’ll use him for any electrical work I need in the future. I highly recommend him.

As always, he arrived exactly at time of the appointment, assessed the issue and advised me of the best resolution and cost. I had two excellent experiences with Mark. First time he came over to help troubleshoot two dead outlets on a wall in a bedroom. He gave really good insight and explained everything he was doing. There was no hard sell on a fix. Final diagnosis, we will need to install new outlets, but we had to wait another day. When Mark returned to install the outlets, he did the work as envisioned and in the time he estimated. Overall, Mark puts his clients priorities #1. He is very knowledgeable and gives you an honest assessment. He communicates well on the phone and over texts. He is a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
