Viglione Heating & Cooling, Inc.
About us
Viglione Heating & Cooling has come a long way since we found our feet on Chestnut Street in New Haven, CT. In 1957, it was there that Steve Viglione, Sr. began his roofing business and shared a four-car garage with a poultry store. As business developed, he left the cramped garage – and the chickens – for a series of larger shops. He also left behind the roofing business for new-found interest and skill in heating and cooling, and brought his loyal customers along with him on this new journey. Today, Viglione Heating and Cooling employs a hardworking staff that is dedicated to reliable and professional HVAC installation and repair service. We now proudly operate in a 26,000-square-foot facility in East Haven, CT. We always rely on state-of-the-art equipment and the knowledge, skill, and experience of our staff to help us exceed your expectations.

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We?re sorry to hear about your experience, as it does not reflect the standards we aim to uphold. At this time, we do not see a customer listed under the name ?Chuck? in our system, and we would appreciate the opportunity to clarify the account details. We did experience internal staffing challenges during that period, which affected scheduling and response times, though we understand this does not excuse missed appointments or lack of communication. We would also like to review the work performed and the billing to ensure everything was handled appropriately. Your feedback is important to us, and we apologize for the frustration this caused."
