Based on two separate projects, totaling $1440, I rate this pretender as being a good laborer.....but definitely not the professional, licensed handyman he purports to be. He has little handyman common sense in addressing any thoughtful analysis. Among other things, he erroneously connected wires from fountain pump to fountain lights.....Poof! Find a true professional.

"Nicolas, As I explained to you the first time that you needed new light fixtures but you insisted on changing the light bulb and not the fixtures. Because the fixture is old and corroded it will not work properly under water. I did my job properly. You were very impressed with the window shutters that I did for you."

He replaced the post holding up our mailbox. He called right away, did an excellent job and was done within a few hours the same day. He was polite and able to clearly explain what had been done. I would recommend him to others.
