Having always rented, I have never had an opportunity to get creative with decorating. As a result I just became accustomed to the bland, unoriginal hues slapped on my walls chosen by landlords who deal with the turnover and the normal wear & tear associated with tenants. I always believed that the influence of paint on any exterior/interior business or residence was minimal if anything at all. Recently a new apartment complex and fun landlord supported my desire to experiment with color so I agreed to let Viking Coatings paint my bathroom to test this power of paint thing once and for all. At the risk of sounding dramatic; the job done by Viking Coatings has changed the course of everything for me in the most positive ways. Erik (the owner) was patient and helpful in explaining to me the many differences in paint types and colors. He and his crew were extremely polite and worked with quick efficiency leaving not a trace of any mess. They were also far more affordable than I had imagined leaving me excess funding to do other things within my budget. The paint job itself is so beautiful it has ignited a creative side of me I had not even realized was there; even affecting me professionally, more bold and confident in my daily tasks. My home really feels like a home for the first time in my life and I have Viking Coatings to thank. The attention to each detail of the job from start to finish and humble confidence in the work they produce has me proud to stand behind this business and readily recommend them to you

This young guy went the extra mile for us. Did a beautiful job. Gave off the bottom price and then went over with us how we could paint with better paint and have it last 10 years and not have to do it again till them. Cost us a little more but her did a great job and it will last, unlike the first time the contractor

Eric was really busy, and "worked us in". Did an ok job, but detail was not what was expected. Painted the closet the wrong color, probably due to the fact so much time had elapsed from the time we hired him to the time the job actually got started. We were not home to advise, so I will take responsibility for that mistake.

Eric was awesome! I would absolutely use him again!!! He painted a rental property I have and did a wonderful job. He was also extremely professional and easy to work with.

Eric is personally invested in his business so much that it matters to him what his potential customer wants and then he delivers!

Eric was excellent to work with over the period of the project. He power washed, painted the garage and house and the trim, stained the patio cover and front porch, and finally he cleaned and sealed the stamped concrete patio. Good price, very conscientious of getting it done. He was very much appreciated. We have hired him to paint an interior hall and guest bathroom.

Excellent follow up. I'm quite critical about paint jobs and this company made it easy for me to share my nit-picks and remedy them within 1 day.

Erik was so professional, kind, efficient and helpful. Heven went above and beyond. He took longer then expected which was fine because he did an excellent job, but he lowered the price for taking longer. I would recommend Viking coatings always. Erik made sure the job was done right the first time all while being friendly, professional and courteous.
