We hired this company to put coating around our poolâ ¦ It took several months they called and requested a deposit up front. They showed up within a few hours to pick up payment but then it took them over 3 months to come back to do my job then worked for about an hour and left. The next Came back to the house that evening put another coating down and requested the final payment. We thought the job was complete so we gave them them the money. After a couple of hours we looked at everything and the job was not completely done. It was a quick spray coating that didnâ t even cover all the areas. We have never been able to get them to come back to fix and complete the job. They were to put a non-slip coating and did not. So we canâ t even use our backyard area. They promise to come back a few weeks later and kept giving me dates that They were coming and never did. We ended up having to take them to court. But they never showed up so I would highly advise anyone who is considering this company to â not use them.â !! They also tell you that there is a warranty, but they will never call you back. Save yourself some headaches, time, money and go with a different company. They are not worth it.. I wish I would have read all the reviews first

The company stopped responding after they got paid. I been given the run around since 01/11 on 01/25 I was told that they will give me a full refund but till have not received anything. They are not responding to any of my communication.

Be advised I had this company do a metallic epoxy. I paid extra for option 2 which included a 7-year warranty. The epoxy lasted less than 1 year before it cracked and the topcoat started to peel. It took another year to have them come out and warranty the work. Here are the pictures of the fix. Slapped epoxy on the crack and spots of topcoats that look like oil slicks. Save yourself time, headaches, and money. See google review for pictures.

I paid to them for the project. I already gave the deposit and then they disappeared, when I tried to get in contact with them. I did not hear anything from them; they have not answered my calls or returned them.

DO NOT EMPLOY VIKING CONCRETE FLOORS (work performed by Jeremy Rowe and Daniel Mays). I made a big mistake and trusted HomeAdvisor (Angi) as a source when looking for a vendor to perform this work. I will never use them again either. Initially, I was going to write a long review, but I would only be reiterating what other dissatisfied customers have said already. In summary, this experience has set the tone for anyone else that I employ to perform work at my home in the future. I will only use well-established businesses, with good reputations, legitimate brick-and-mortar offices, etc. Basically, I ended up with the following: -An unfinished hallway and powder room -Section of the finished floor is not level with the rest of the floors with visible runoff marks. -Extensive dust all throughout my house. -Spaces between epoxy and the baseboards. Quarter-round will not hide it all. -Sections on the finished floor where clear coat application was missed. -Tape not taken off of baseboards and doors and visible areas where the epoxy needs to be cut away. The epoxy installation was performed 6 MONTHS ago and Jeremy and Company have not come back to finish the portion of the floor that was not completed but paid for. As stated by other customers, they do not return calls or answer text messages. Attorney sent demand letters with no response. The next step is court. Hopefully, someone reads these reviews, like I should have, before allowing these crooks in your house. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING. Most of the issues noted above were discussed with Jeremy before installation and he agreed that they were not going to be a problem. However, during installation, everything was talked away.

They were extremely easy to work with from the estimate to the finished work. They made sure we were completely satisfied. Every step of the way the process was seamless. The guys were courteous and personable and took pride in their quality of work and business. They showed up as promised and on time. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use Viking for future projects if needed.

Two months after the job and so far all is good. No problems and epoxy refinish came out just the way we wanted. Biking was on time, courteous and professional.
