Viking Concrete Floors

Viking Concrete Floors took my money, ruined my hardwood floors, and now refuse to return my calls and text messages! I have called and texted the General Manager DON ROWE for weeks about all of the problems and he will not return my calls!! HOME ADVISOR CHECKS NOTHING! Viking Concrete Floors had their registration with the Louisiana Secretary of State revoked on 9/18/18! The Registered Officer Jeremy Rowe has an entire page of Inactive businesses listed with the Secretary of State. Viking is not registered with the Louisiana State Contractorâ s Licensing Board!! They donâ t actually have an office that you can call or go talk to anyone at. For my house, the job was supposed to take 2-3 days, and I thought I would be moved in my new house by Christmas. Now I donâ t know when Iâ ll be able to move!! They didn' t sand enough to remove the old polyurethane finish to get to the bare wood, so the stain pulled up with masking tape and a fingernail scratch. There are spots that the stain wouldnâ t adhere to the floor at all. They also left hair and dirt embedded into stain. They have come back 4 times to try to fix the spots by spot sanding and applying more stain. They REFUSE to properly sand everything to the bare wood, as it should have been done in the first place. Now they basically threatened me that if I donâ t let them put more stain on my floors this week, they wonâ t come back until January 13, 2020! I have asked for a refund from Don Rowe, since I donâ t think more stain will fix the problem, and he will not answer calls or texts.

DREAM SELLERS!!! THEY DONT PERFORM THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE. THEY HAVE REDONE MY FLOORS 3 TIMES NOW AND STILL HAVE LINES ALL IN THE TOP COAT AND THE ANSWER I GET WHEN I ASK WHAT THEY PLAN TO DO IS "NOTHING". THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THE OWNER TOLD ME THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE SOLD ME THIS JOB BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL FLOORING WASN'T BARE CONCRETE. YET HE DID THE EPOXY KNOWING WHAT WAS THERE TO WORK WITH. THEY GRINDED THE FLOORS DOWN TO FAR AND SAY ITS BECAUSE MY CONCRETE WAS SOFT. I KNOW NOTHING OTHER THAN THE FINISH I WAS SOLD WAS NOT WHAT I HAD RECEIVED. THEY CHARGED ME MORE MONEY TO FIX WHAT THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE DONE. AND THEN THEY HAD TRASH ALL IN THE FLOORS. REDID THE TOP COAT 3 TIMES AND STILL NOT RIGHT. TOP IT ALL OFF.... HAD THE HOUSE ALMOST 45 DAYS THAT WE COULDN'T LIVE IN IT. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENT SUPPORTED.

They were fast, did great work and communicated with us every step of the progress.

They did a good job but I have some light spots that are very noticeable. I called them about this and they said they would come out and fixed it but to this day I have not seen anyone. Also they need to be more careful with their cleanup. There are epoxy spots around my concrete drive that will never go away, very unsightly!

After the work is completed if you have any issues they will never return your phone call or come and fix anything.

Very easy to work with. They were courteous and performed the job within the time they said it would take. Highly recommend them.

They were really good company. They did the job real quickly.. Overall they did the job real good.

Their professionalism is beyond anything I expected. They really went above and beyond to make my home whole again after the major flooding. When people come over to visit and they see the floors, they are in awe at how good it looks. The customer service I experienced was phenomenal- I'd rate it a 6 if I could! In all, the service was great, floors are beautiful and they came out better than I expected. They truly added to the beautification of my home. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

They do a great job, but you have to be careful to follow their directions afterwards
