The pathway to my front porch needed a repair as the concrete had to be balanced. I called the company and asked for a quote. A sales representative stop by on a Sunday to give me a quote for a repair. After approving it, a crew of 4 people came the following week and decided to work on my lawn. In the process, they pureed cement in 3 spots and damage my property. I called the sales representative to complain about it after the job was done and was told that the owner will meet with me to review the damages. Despite the fact that I was not home, the owner decided to stop by, use my garden hose to water the spots and called to inform me that the issue was resolved even though the martial was still on my front lawn. I asked him to meet with me again. The next meeting was very unpleasant and unprofessional where I had to dispute the owners claim that no harm was done and to prove that the crew was purring the material on my lawn. Overall, the crew did fix the front pathway but damaged my property in the process where I had to call a professional landscaper to fix the lawn on my expense.

We have an inherited home in Franklin Park Illinois that required several major projects upgraded before the Village of Franklin Park would allows us to put it on market. It's a tough situation since we live in California. One of the major hurdles listed in the Pre-Sale Inspection Report was drive way joint chalking and raising concrete to level Village sidewalks in-front of the property. We worked with John at CRC. The service and care John and the entire firm provided was top notch. We were constantly updated on the project including our joint efforts to get the permits correct. John even picked up the permit from the Village of Franklin Park and posted it for us on the property before the work started. Both the caulking and the concrete raising were completed this morning as scheduled. When you're managing projects like these from a distance you need to rely on the people doing the work, because you simply can't be there on a regular basis. John and CRC always made us feel we were in good hands and as it turns out we were. Thank you John and CRC. You have our families highest recommendation.

The entire experience was fabulous!! The office staff is super knowledgeable, the estimator is friendly and very knowledgeable, & prices are very fair with a much better warranty than any other concrete leveling companies. The crew came out bright and early and just dominated the project in a very efficient and surprisingly organized manner. The foreman was knowledgeable, explained what was going on and completed the project, cleaned up and went on to the next job. Basically it was pretty impressive how fast it was able to be completed and how well the concrete leveling turned out. Highly recommend this company for any concrete leveling.

CRC uses a concrete slurry that hardens, making a permanent repair to my driveway and front sidewalk. Paul and his crew drilled 15 holes and injected the concrete slurry carefully in each section to bring the driveway and sidewalk back up to grade level and in alignment with each other. Then they patched the holes and cleaned up. It took about an hour and a half for this job. They did a great job. In addition, the office staff was a pleasure to deal with. Adam came out to do an estimate and there were no surprises during the job. Andrea and Jacqueline made it easy to set up the estimate, schedule the job and make payment upon completion. Overall, I had a great experience working with CRC and would highly recommend this company for concrete raising and leveling.
