I hired Jacob and Josh to install a gas line for a stove. They are very nice folks, enjoyed the conversation with them. They did the work promptly. When they left I smelled gas, very strong gas. My friends told me to spray the fittings with soap and water. Sure enough, I had a gas leak. I got really lightheaded panicked and could not find the gas shutoff. Ran upstairs and called the fire department. They turned the gas off at the meter and made the home safe to enter. The fire department called xcel for me as it was heading into the evening. The fire department wanted us to at least have heat for the evening. Xcel came out to assess the situation. The Xcel agent informed me that in fifteen years he is never seen yellow pex zip-tied to PVC with couplings not rated for gas. Also we were missing a floor flange with a valve near the flange and There were three leaks in the line. The pex used was meant for underground and not meant for in home use. He took a bunch of pictures and also plugged the ?T? so that we could have use of our furnace and water heater. I did call Viking Facilities three times and left messages. They will not call me back. I had to put a stop payment on my check as well. I?m sure these guys are handy but I would not hire them for anything related to gas. It was a horrible experience and a very serious one at that. They put my family in danger.

Jacob and Josh are awesome. They were able to help me in a pinch with my refrigerator/freezer unit. They went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me get a new unit. They are so good at what they do, kind and responsive to my needs.

Jacob and Josh are warm, friendly, and trustworthy. We felt safe which is important to us. They did exactly the job they promised and we are happy with the results. They go far beyond what most contractors would dream of. We will be hiring them again for the next project very soon. We can't say enough about these two gentlemen! Hire them!

Absolutely awesome! From quote to installation. Perfect. Always responsive, which is highly important to me because I own a condo in Ft Collins but live out of state. Everything went smoothly. I will use them as my first choice again!!
