Jason Franks was very thorough in his review of the leak we had on our metal roof. He not only climbed up on my two story roof but he also looked inside my attic to verify his assessment. His price was competitive. Best I can determine, the leak of has been fixed and I recommend them.

I spend a lot of time out of town, and tried to get a definite day they would be coming to do some minor repairs while I was going to be here. The best I could get was a two-day window of the five days I would be in town. Fortunately, the repairman came on the first afternoon so I did not have to hang around the second day waiting for the repairs. We have about 5,000 square feet of house and garage under roof (ranch-style home). The work was to reset popped nails, reseal loose ridge shingles, and reseal the flashing around the chimney and along a garage roof attached to the house.(Old caulking is not removed, new sealer is placed over the old caulking) Cost was a little over $500 for the job, which took about an hour. The cost seemed reasonable, and somebody else getting on our high pitched roof instead of me is a good deal.
