The state of Connecticut declined to renew this contractors license. He is no longer eligible to be listed on this site as Viks Exteriors and is now doing business under another name since March 2023. He failed to obtain a permit, repeatedly lying that he applied, refused to show evidence of insurance, installed both VIP membrane and GAF singles improperly thereby voiding warranty. House leaked more after new roof than before. Dumped 20 yards of waste on driveway.

Vik's team all worked very hard and produced excellent work. We were amazed at the length of days they put in to get the job done on time. The pricing was excellent, and the group was easy to work with. We were particularly impressed with Vik's project manager, Dmitri. He was very responsive to all of our ideas and questions. Dmitri also made a small fix on our deck from a previous job by another contractor for no cost. We recommend Vik's Exteriors very enthusiastically.

Vik is a great guy to do business with and he’s great at responding to texts and phone calls. His roofer Mario is a perfectionist and I would highly suggest you ask for Mario to roof your house. Great experience. Vik makes good on all his promises.

The best Home Improvement decision I've ever made..Vik was competitive, and very thorough in his preparations for the actual installation.It went fine although I didn't spend a lot of time outside with his crew due to Covid -19 concerns.He even scheduled two dumpster runs to make it easier on my rather steep hill.He did send me progress pictures of the new roof which I thought was a nice touch, and I told him he could use them in his future sales efforts.Clean up was quite good and they even put our flag back up..nice customer orientation..A very professional job and I intend to use Vik again..he and his people have earned my 5 star rating.
