Mario is incompetent. He never completed my home business project even after I paid him double over $200,000. He ruined my hopes of starting my own business and he ruined my family. Now I have no money and no way to earn an income. Tana G.

Premier Builders (Roberto S.) took our money and did not finish the project. Contracts mean nothing to this company. Shoddy work, unreasonable delays (months!) poor communication and all out lies. There is still $24,000 of outstanding labor and materials on our project that we have paid for which has left us in an untenable situation. Unprofessional, unqualified, unprepared, unskilled, over promised and underdelivered.

So pleased with Villarreal Contracting! Mario was the only contractor to reply to my request for help in less than a day! And within just a few more days our fence was repaired and looking great! A couple of panels of our back wooden fence were leaning to the point that I was worried about them falling on my neighbors grandkids, so needed the job done fast. He delivered, thank you so much Mario!
