As an Ohio Certified Appraiser, it is my highest priority and commitment to excel in the adherence to the standards set by USPAP, as well as the industry standards. I also have a solid base of experience in complex and unique properties, as well as high value appraisals. I am here to help, when others will not. I am pet friendly as long as your pets are friendly to me. I am a mother, no need to pick-up all the Legos! I am flexible and will arrange my schedule around a time that is convenient for you. With over 15 yrs of appraisal experience in central Ohio, we know how to choose the most appropriate comps. Unfortunately, we cannot ethically appraise a home for what the owner believes it's worth."
