I had a sewer pump problem. I called them in the early morning and Keith was there by afternoon to check out the problem . He concluded that the pump was bad and he gave me quote on the spot to fix the issue . We worked out the best time for him to replace the pump and he came on the agreed time and day. Both Keith and his wife were extremely professional, courteous and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Village Septic for any septic system work.

They were polite when I made the appointment, they offered a coupon discount for the first time pumping and they showed up on time, called first when they were on the way, were efficient and did a great job.

Great job ! I had an emergency . No flushing ; lavs not draining . Had to pump the septic tank fast . I called them and was told that they would be at my home in 30 minutes . Keith did show -up in 30 minutes ! I've never had this kind of service before . GREAT job and a very fair price . I'll keep their phone # at hand !

Keith called before arriving, and was very professional. Not only did Keith take care of the issues, he explained why, and what was happening.
