Customer has hired pro but job is in process.

The job was done quickly and neatly within one day and the roof looks fantastic. My only regret is that they put up wood facia that I have to paint myself, which is very difficult.

Had our shingle roof redone as it was overdue and the last storms took off quite a few shingles. We chose to upgrade our underlayment and Covenant recommended we change out roof ventilation as it was inadequate from when the house was built (something other companies told us as well). Pricing was comparable to other companies but their financing offers were superior. Had to follow up a few times during the process to ask how things were going to get us to the next step but the company would get back to me either same day or next day. Was worried about the amount of plywood that would have to be replaced due to the age of the roof, but thankfully it only ended up being a handful of pieces. Roof was done in a day (amazing) and the project manager came back a few times afterwards to take care of things that I mentioned to him. Project probably took about 30 days from the day we signed the contract to the day it was completed, counting time we had to wait for the HOA approval and building permit. We’re happy with our new roof and glad to have this project done, and would use them again.

Just great. These guys came out, stayed all day to get the job done, and the next day came to review the job and made sure everything was done right and cleaned up. Nice😁

The men did a great job but the project manager and the office need to work on their communication with the customer.

Stephen Carter inspected my roof, took photos, and then discussed his findings, recommendations, and my options. He described the company, the quality of his staff, the process and timeline. He also explained permitting, materials, scheduling the work and the Covenant's promise. Frankly, selecting Covenant was an easy decision. As promised, the materials and a ten member team (including a team leader) arrived on time, started immediately. They worked very hard as a team, and by the end of the day, the new roof was completed, everting around the house was cleaned up, and their work was done. Afterwards, Steven Blackmon meet with me, making sure that I was satisfied with the work. I told him I was very satisfied with the entire process and the end result. Great job, Covenant Rooing! They did an exellent job in the roof, but they left some waste on the floor. It was a great experience though.

The workers were their "best team"-- from Guatemala. They were efficient, arriving early and staying late.
