This company is by far one of the best I have ever dealt with. They were there every day at 7:30, protected my flooring and in 2 weeks my kitchen and tile work was complete. The first day they had the old out and started immediately getting the new in. Everything is done with excellence. I can't say enough about this company. Jerlis is so respect and listens to all you have to say. He is a pro.

The project was scheduled for 3 weeks from demo to completion. The crew was there every day on time. My kitchen, living room and dining room project was done in 3 weeks! And it is spectacular! Jerlis, Ramon, and the Villalba Homes crew did such a great job! They were so very understanding to our concerns and questions. We could not have found a better company to do our home. Thank you Villalba Homes!

so the work he does a is extremely good quality homes he does everything from up and beyond he double checks everything even if he has sub contactor he makes sure they do it right and if they he makes sure they do it again.
