Rigo was responsive in communication. His bid for the job was significantly lower than others, so I spoke to him about exactly what the job was. He said he understood. I asked for grading away from my house and expected at least a 6ft area from the house. I showed him where the yard held water. They placed an 18in ramp of dirt up to the foundation of my home. There was no grading into the yard. I asked for downspouts to be placed underground and to move water away from the house. He took aluminum flashing, duct tape, and a sump pump drain hose and wrapped that around my downspouts and buried the hose with the duct tape exposed on the downspouts. They did not use enough dirt for an adequate grade in the yard, and when it rained today my yard puddles exactly as it did before. When I confronted him about the work. He became defensive and agitated. I explained that s not what we agreed to. And he said you get what you pay for. I spent hours fixing what he did. He overpromises and under delivers.

They did a really good job! They are really friendly! They came in and did the job quickly and did a good job!
