Bad business man, refused to give a receipt for services rendered wanted cash and no checks never gave me a receipt for services rendered. Replaced part of my lawn with an old piece of brown sod and accused me of not watering my lawn, tho I have a professional installed and maintain sprinkler system. Also, refused to give me back my $200 for July services. I mentioned to him take $50 for week one and return the remainder of $200. He was harsh in speaking to me.

This company is excellent. Previously we were using a landscaper that was not taking care of our yard. When Mr. Villanueva came he saw right away what needed to be done to restore our yard. He is polite, considerate, and patient. He really understood our needs. He knew exactly what to do. Our yard from being a mess to beautiful. Our neighbors noticed the difference and have paid us many compliments. We are very happy and grateful we found this company.

Excellent prices. Easy to work with. My yard looked like a complete mess and he came over by himself and turned my yard into a place where we could invite people over. If you have a chance to work with Mr. Villanueva and you choose not to, then you are settling for 2nd best.
