By far the worst contractor I have ever used on any project. Does not abide by his own contract, did not submit a single change order with cost of additional work and then expects payment for made up costs. Showed up to the project maybe 2-3 times and claims he knows exactly how many hours were spent on portions of the project. I actually spent more time at the site than he did so I called him out on his lies. I could keep going about the corners cut and subpar work done, but do yourself a favor and avoid this contractor at all costs. It's definitely not worth the aggravation and I hope home advisor removes this pro as he was anything but.

"Hello, It is unfortunate that you feel that way. You were aware of all work done based on the contract and all additional work you asked us to perform. All additional work was done in good faith, per your request and without a Change Order, because all items were discussed with you before hand and to meet the timeline for your move in date. All of our crews are monitored with a GPS payroll system and report to us the amount of time additional work took to complete. You seemed satisfied with all of our work, until it came time to pay the remaining balance due. We worked with you and lowered our final price, but you have refused to pay. We now expect full compensation for all work completed."
