Great to work with

My project was to replace a toilet in my master. I was very pleased with the work. The work was completed and he cleaned up as he worked, I would use them in the future. I am still waiting for the old one to be picked up but it is noy a rush.

Project: Replace my old leaking water heater with a new one. Tina responded quickly for my request for a quote. She has such a friendly and helpful personality. On the same day that I talked with Tina, we were able to replace my old water heater. Paul installed a new Bradford White water heater. He is so knowledgeable, extremely nice, and professional. He was able to finish the project in just 3 hrs. Great price too compared with the other quotes I got. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And one plus.... this business is owned and managed by an awesome lady!!

I called Tina the owner, her personality sold me from the start, there was no pressure, I told her that I was getting a surgery the following that I would call her when I felt better, she actually sent me a text not about business, but how my procedure went and hoped all is well, in thus day and age who does that, hired her company next day. Really happy, great company would recommend to anyone, and I will use them again thank again

Responded quickly to my request for quote to replace septic system leach field. Quote was much less than I feared it would be, and Derrick came up with plan to save me even more. Completed project in one day. Bonus for me is that this is a woman-owned business! Will use for any future plumbing needs.

Water line from meter to house had a substantial leakage. Derrick diagnosed the problem even though it was all underground. His diagnosis was correct. He was very reassuring. Whereas some estimates came in at "4" figures, his definitely did not. The price was very reasonable for the nature and time of this work. To me it was far more difficult than repairing "indoor" problems yet the inconvenience was very limited. Good Job!
