Villegas construction

The WORST contractor. He needed cash upfront to cover the cost. Worst mistake ever was paying him. They didn?t complete the job and the job he was paid to do wasn?t finished. Martin never returned to complete the job nor has he given an itemized receipt of the work

We paid them prematurely and they would not come back and finish the job.

Villegas was the first company out of 4 others I contacted that would build a custom fence I requested. The fence turned out very nice and I am very happy with the service. Their was what I expected to pay. I changed the design of the fence a little while they built and Villegas happily changed it. I highly recommend them.

Martin and his crew painted the exterior of our home and garage as well as replaced the roof on our home. The colors we chose were spot on and the roof made everything pop! They were on time and were very efficient with their jobs. Prices were very reasonable and the quality of work was awesome! I would recommend them for any household construction job. Martin is very professional and sticks to his word. Great local business!

Weather affected the timeline immensely. Make sure the weather is clear. Not the contractor's fault on weather. Worked with me well otherwise on price.

Martin and his crew did a great job in cleaning and refinishing my cedar fence. It looks fantastic...There was some additional washing I asked them to do, but I did not feel it was a good value...I would definitely hire them again.

The fence turned out great! Looks nearly brand new. The crew pushed our project up in order to finish by a specified time. They worked diligently in order to get the job done. They were very professional, and took time to work out a plan for the products used. The Restore used on the deck looks great, but is hot to the feet which we were concerned about. We have gotten a lot of compliments on the way the deck turned out. I would recommend their service to others.

Mr Repairs was professional, prompt, and on time. He even added extras around the house painting project in the quote. He stuck to the quote and finished as planned. Half of the quote is up front and the other half is upon completion. Was really pleased with the work and would call upon Mr. Repairs in the future. I would also recommend him to others.
