My furnace was making a loud vibrating/rumbling noise. While speaking with a co worker she recommended VIN-Tech and wow was she right on. Came to my home on a Saturday and Vinod immediately diagnosed the problem. Vinod took the time to actually show and explain to me exactly what was causing the noise. Though mine was a quick fix I have no doubt that if it was more complicated he would have been just as thorough to make sure I understood what was wrong. Polite, on time and very very professional. I would recommend Vin-Tech to anyone.

Vin -Tech's service was very disappointing. I wonder if he was the same person as other reviewers described. He showed up on time and correctly diagnosed the problem. Thereafter things did not work well. Instead of replacing the faulty part, he spent all the time cleaning the result of the faulty part(I know it was necessary, but) and left, implying the future visit to change the part. After he left, I lost confidence in him and found a new repair man next day. The new person showed up with a necessary part and completed the repair in less time than he spent the day before.
Response by Vin-Tech Appliances: Yes i am the same person as other reviewers describe.Let me refresh your memory,i didn't want to change the faulty part because if the front freezer door was not closing properly. Secondly it would have compounded the problem more than solving one.The hot air from the room leaks thru the openings of freezer door and creates frosting and icing in a freezer. .You said you will inquire from WP,whether this was covered under warranty from them.I have your email to this effect. I thawed your freezer with steam gun,because the freezer was not closing properly,and it was doing more harm to freezer floor and rail tracks of freezer.You lost confidence in me because i was vocal about the food you had stuffed in freezer like sardines,and broken one or two shelves and the freezer floor had one and a half inch thick ice which was not allowing the door to close properly thereby compounding the problem.The common sense is that if i had changed the part without fixing the freezer door i would have made more money,but i did not want to cheat and also because you wanted whirlpool to do under warranty.Next day in your email you admitted the WP will not repair the closure of front freezer door under warranty,and you also mentioned the part costs 94 dollars one side only.The root cause of the problem was defrost water not draining from freezer but the misalignment of the freezer door was the main issue which was compounding this problem.Until the first problem is solved there was no point doing the other.You wanted WP to do the door under warranty.I explained everything on paper in front of your wife,and to say i did not explain the problem is not right.You then gave me check/promising the outcome of your talks with whirlpool.You never gave us a chance to repair it fully.One does not carry a part in truck all times,and you knew i would come next day to replace as indicated by me.Never say sorry for being honest.
