I waited 4 days for another contractor to answer my call. Within 10 minutes of posting my job on Home Advisor, Howard Electric contacted me and offered to sent an electrician the next morning. Rick arrived on time and was very honest about the time needed to do the work. Every project on my list was completed in a very timely and professional manner. I am very pleasantly surprised and happy that Howard Electric responded in such a quick and professional manner. The price was very reasonable for the work completed, and I was kept informed at all stages of the work on the cost. I hired them to install a solar motion detector light in my backyard and a couple of other minor items. The installer Eric did a very good job. But he didn't tell me they charge for a minimum of 2 hours so when the work was finished in less time I was asked to pay for a full two hours which I did. Fortunately when I called customer service the following week Sara was very accommodative and agreed to reduce the charges. That's only fair but I do appreciate them doing business ethically and listening to the customer!

They said they would patch ceiling holes they opened to replace bathroom exhaust fans --even mentioned it in the estimate--but when I asked them to come back to patch the holes--they never responded--would not respond.
