Rytech Of North Metro/DC

DO NOT USE RYTECH OF NORTH METRO. After a house fire, I hired Rytech for the contents portion of my renters claim. Vince promised detailed 360° photos, a thorough inventory, careful handling, and an estimate after the first day. I received none of that. After 30 days, the job was still far from finished. Before a two-week trip, Vince told me the total would be $16K-$18K and take only another day or two. When I returned, much of the debris was still there. The final bill was over $26K. Their inventory had blurry photos, floor plans of the WRONG HOUSE, and no promised 360° photos of the garage. I had to use my own photos for insurance. When I challenged the bill, Rytech removed 21 HOURS that had been double billed. I found other labor and overlapping charges I disputed. I paid over $15K for charges I could reasonably account for and asked to discuss the rest. Their response was to threaten collections and involve an attorney. I would not use them again.

great

Vincent was very professional in every step of the process. The estimate was very detailed and easy to follow. He tried hard to accommodate my needs and plans. Although, I’d had other establishments which were less bur I decided to work with Rytech for the above mentioned reasons. I would not hesitate to recommend Rytech to others. Thank you Vincent and Michelle.
