I decided to replace our metal roof, and got a quote from Vincent's Roofing. I had a few add-ons and they were done at a discount. I am pleased with the quality of the work.

When the estimator showed up on Tues and we agreed on a price he said by the end of the week or next week at the latest the job would be done. Two weeks later no one had shown up to do the work I called and was told the next week the work would get done. On Thursday another estimator showed up not the installation crew. Another week passes and finally men show up to install the gutters. I was told that payment was due at the completion of the work and I had the check ready. The crew who spoke very little English said that someone would come and by and pick up the check. The next day I get an email saying I am arears with the payment and it is due. I called again and was told someone would come by the next day. It was the second estimator who was to inspect the job and pick up the check. He first just walk around looking from the ground and not checking above the gutters to make sure they were attached properly. I spoke to him about this and he did have a ladder and did do a real inspection of the installation. Last week while mowing I bumped into one down spout which was not secured properly and it fell off. I have since fixed the problem since I cant wait another month for them so show up.

Workers arrived on time and did their jobs very efficiently. All the workers were very polite and courteous. Left no debris behind. Would certainly recommend this company.
