Troy and his team did an excellent job on the demolition and replacement of our deck. The deck is quite large, stretching across the entire back of our home. Vineyard is very professional and they go above and beyond to please the customer. Hire them⠦⠦you wonâ t be sorry! We would hire them again in a heartbeat! From improper drafting of plans, that took months to get approved, to failed inspection after failed inspection, to work being done before permits were even pulled, to building different from the plans that finally got approved. It was one mistake after another. On top of that, the lack of communication to resolve the problems was astounding. I do not recommend.

Very happy with the deck renovation by Vineyard construction! Job was to re-deck a 30 year old foundation showing its age. Troy was very responsive during the estimation and bidding phase, responding to various requests for options and modifications. Demo was efficient and clean â  all materials removed and area swept for debris. Replaced some joists and hangers after inspection. Installed wood decking with hidden fasteners, custom railing, benches and flower boxes with excellent attention to detail and workmanship. High marks to the construction crew â  polite, professional, on time and not rushed. Good follow-up. Highly recommended â  they are the real deal!

He works with integrity, does what he says he will, and does a quality job. He noticed any needed tweaks or repairs to the job before I even did, or before I had to say anything, and built a beautiful, quality deck for our home. Highly recommended!
