Vinnies Mechanical A/C

"Mrs Current needed an AC guy to come out the same day. I typically can come out the same day. If she would have called a regular company most can't come the same day . I came out and was not late. I text Mrs Current at 3:45 pm stating I would be there at the house at 7:45 pm and she text back saying it was ok I text her again at 6:28 pm and stated I was "OTW" . I have all screen shots and pictures of texts and times. I arived and noticed they had two AC units. I started troubleshooting and found the pan in the attic full. I told her that we needed clean the drains and would she like the units serviced. She agreed. I took my push pull pump specially designed for unclogging condensate lines. When the pan in an attic fills up from a clogged drain AC standards are to have a level switch on the pan to stop the unit from running and over filling with a clogged drain. After the work was complete I noticed that on the outside of the house that the drain lines didn't have a P trap on the out side to stop bugs and small rodents from entering the drain lines and closing them. I told Mrs Cirrent that an addition P-trap should be added to stop rodents and bugs from getting into the drain. The pan is a secondary pan and you have to pump the water out of the secondary pan which I did do. I pump it to the first drain and it went out of the freshly unclogged drain and out side. When I left that night the water was out of the pans and drains where working. I noticed in the back yard they have a nice collection of barn yard animals. Emuls and animals and feed. The animals feed will draw crowds of rats and mice. Ok Mrs Current just stated that the unit started working worse ? And the overflow drain never drained And the 13 days later the pan over flowed and damaged the ceiling. Why did she wait if the unit "didn't work for 13 days " why didn't she wait to call me ??? I'm very sorry this situation has happened to you. I sent this : I remember the house I have a Really weird schedule with the plant shutting down and i have 4 interviews this week in the mornings with going to work every day at 1pm-11pm I will know today if they lay me off !! I have the most important interview tomorrow Tuesday And this morning is packed with other jobs I have promised. Text end So I never said I would not go out I said I'm busy and let me see if I can fit you in late Tuesday but I didn't have a chance to text it before she text this: Well my husband said that ok I will find get someone else that can do the job right the first time and we will be going through the best business bureau on this You can come to"

"I?ve had such a problem with the regular company I work for closing its doors. I work in Manufacturing and it has good benefits which I need. So I essentially work two jobs. Lisa has needed me to fix up her AC for inspection and with all of the interviewing, working the regular job and family I?ve taken too long to do her job. I?m so lucky she understands but worried about getting the job done. So I came into my regular job and told them I would be late so I can finish Lisa up and get her inspected.
