showed up and diagnosed a bad relay problem. Said it would be couple of days for part to be picked up. Charged me $208 for service call and part. Came back few days later with part and installed, he said to wait 24hrs before using again. Charged me $208 again for job done In the mean time, all food and freezer items spoiled. Waited 36hrs for fridge to work- no luck. Makes same buzzing noise and no cooling. tried calling, texting, messaging with no response. Ended up buying new fridge - could not wait any longer. He never called back or tried to get in touch with me. As far as I am concerned, he never completed the job, never called back. I texted him that he should reimburse me 1/2 for job never done. No reply. Save your money - do not use Vinny ! For a job that should have taken a few days lasted over 2 weeks and never finished.

The requested repair was to resolve an error code. Vinny stated that the fix would be quick with just adjustment of one part that needed to be ordered. Vinny came back a few days later with the part and stated the fridge was fixed. After 2 hours of him leaving the fridge started making a constant noise that which was attributed to the new fan being installed too tightly. Vinny came back a couple days later stating it was fixed, but then a new noise was present and the ice maker was no longer making ice. Vinny was called again, but did not call back and has not reached out to rectify the issue. A brand new fridge is required to be ordered at this time. This was below the standards of a contactor stating they are able to fix a fridge. Do not utilize Vinny for any future fixes due to the unprofessional conduct, poor standards of work, and lack of accountability. Additionally, the fan that was used for the fix was an aftermarket part, that was not disclosed by Vinny prior to obtaining.

He came highly recommended. Didn't show up the first appointment we had set, saying there was a family emergency. Shouldn't trusted my gut then. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and moved forward. He came the first visit, only to take a pic of the serial # of our frig. Said the part wasn't available til that Saturday. Asked for 50% up front (another red flag!). Showed up and was gone within 25 minutes. Removed the back panel of our frig, removing half of the insulation and didn't replace it. Put the strip in where the shelves go into, upside down. Returned 2.5 hours later to adjust. Problem was still happening, so, fan we paid for did nothing. Reached back out to him, only to have him completely ignore me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! And felt it was ok to take money from us, while making the problem worse! DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Vinny for your appliance repair. They contacted me within 30 minutes of reaching out through Angi, they showed up exactly when they said they would and let us know what was wrong and the cost before moving forward. More importantly they drove 45 minutes away on a Friday afternoon to get the part to ensure we got our dishwasher repaired right away. They were incredibly polite and professional and I will DEFINITELY be using Vinny for my next repair and recommend you do as well.

Did the job quickly and efficiently.

They came to service an issue with my dishwasher, noticed other issues happening, but did not ask if I wanted those issues addressed. I believe they did NOT service my dishwasher fully. There communication was shady and not professional. Had to reschedule 2x because of their negligence. Not willing to correct the problem.
