Vinny came in on short notice, he assessed the situation, I had a leak that no other plumber was able to find or even try to look for. Vinny didn't give up, he started to check by listening for the possibility of water running under the floor, he found two possible areas and finally found the leak. He explained what he needed to do to fix it and after we agreed on the price he proceeded to work and fix the problem. I am very happy with his work and will highly recommend him.

I needed immediate service and Vinny was able to provide that. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced a busted pipe which caused me to lose water from my boiler. He remained until 4 floors of radiators were bled and all pipes were receiving heat. I appreciated his diligence especially with the dropping temperature and being without heat for a day. I highly recommend Vinny and I plan to hire him in the future.

He was able to tell me that my kitchen and bathroom pipes was one which is probably why this problem with the tub backing up has happened so frequently. I expected him around 10 but he got her around d 11:45. I understand times can fluctuate due to the nature of the business. He was in an out. Professional, but he was dressed in plain clothes so I was hesitant To let him in. I was able to verify his phone number though. I would suggest handing someone a business card or having something on that indicates you are here for the services I called for.
