I love it

Been almost a week and I have not heard from them yet. Hoping to hear soon so I can make plans. They cashed my first check already.

This company is very professional. The quality of work, attention to detail and thoughtfulness of my time were top notch.

First and foremost, this company lacks the absolute basics of customer service. Atrocious customer service and incompetent ownership. We hired them to replace the railings around our entire complex. They installed very flimsy vinyl that was unstable, lacked proper reinforcements, and likely the cheapest material they could find. They left the job partially complete, and when we asked them to complete it, they agreed and set a future date. We arranged to be home and they flat out didn't show up! No phone call, no explanation. Why would anyone do business with them. Do yourself a favor and seek another company otherwise you'll be writing a review similar to this one. You've been warned. Good luck.

The workers came but didn't have all the supplies they needed. They left some dirt on the grass and near by a parking spot. The workers did a good job with the fence.

Customer service has been unresponsive. They say they will call me tomorrow to set up time to come out. I have called six times since installation, and am hoping that they will complete job. (Unfortunately, the installer was very good, and so I paid the next day, even when one part was missing. He assured me someone would come out to install it -- three weeks later: still waiting.)

Good pricing and they installed in two days, Worker were hard working guys and they clean as they work.

Work was great and quick. Issue with final bill and had to go back multiple times to resolve the issue. I may hire them again based on price compared to others

The rep. was nice, the fence is nice. The workers left a lot of dirt on the lawn and didn't fill in some of the post holes. I should have called them to complain.

Vinyll Smart Fencing coordinated worked well with my Tile contractor. They installed a railing on the front entry, as well as a privacy fence around my patio all within two days. Their price was very competitive & I would use them again.

There were several minor items involved with the installation, but when it was finally all said and done, we had a beautiful fence and gates that are of excellent quality at a very competitive price.

It took almost 6 weeks for installation to be complete because the fence was fabricated specifically for this job.

Took a while for them to actually start the fence after a contract was signed and phone calls to their office were not returned. I called Gary the original estimator who came to my house and from there on things went very well,,,,he returned all my subsequent calls and made sure I was kept apprised of progress on the project...he was great! Work done was done very well, workmen efficient. Little lacking in office communication but when I called salesperson Mike I got a call from the office within 2 hours. Overall very pleased.

Quality of work done was unsatisfactory. I called Vinyl Smart and waiting for them to came back and fix the problem. I'm hoping this isn't going to take long and that they finish the work correctly.

Lighting help

The contractors feelings get hurt very easy. They are difficult to communicate with. My fence is crooked and when I told them they said it will look fine. But it's crooked
