My fridge door is broken after cleaning. I did not receive the first-time discount.

I hired Violka cleaning after my tenants moved out and left a mess. The owner of Violka cleaning met me for a walk thru, made mental note of all I needed cleaning, gave me a most reasonable rate for the scope of the work and exceeded my expectations! I have already recommended them to family and friends.

They came sharp on time. Three women, fast in cleaning and decently thorough at the same time. Didn’t engage much in conversation but that helped them in covering our 3 floor townhouse 2500 sq feet excluding the attached garage in roughly 2 hours. Cleaned the bathrooms well. Cleaned the microwave in and out, refrigerator outside and slightly inside for basic cleaning package. They bring their material. Decent price. They wear the masks all the time. We will hire them again as they are affordable, fast and decently thorough in cleaning. Suggestion to Improvement: I don’t mind another 30 minutes to an hour of my time but would love little more detail on some areas. Overall satisfied.

Be absolutely clear with your expectations, And inspect before you pay. I was clear about my expectations, and I paid in advance because we were in the process of moving and I was not able to make it back by the time they were finished. a lot of stuff that is considered basic cleaning, for example, dusting, especially high dusting was not done. There were three ladies, possibly four and I removed a big part of the project which was the cleaning of the garage to help accommodate and ensure the interior of the house was cleaned thoroughly because there was a slight miscommunication in regards to arrival time. And yet high dusting was not completed, the ceiling fan was completely submerged in construction dust from the repairs are done to the home prior to us moving in. The storage space in the attic had a great amount of debris from the roof, and that was one of my big expeditions to have cleaned and it was neglected. Upon explanation, the only attempt to rectify the lack of cleaning was to come back another day. When I spoke with the lady in person she was extremely nice and attentive, unfortunately, the work did not meet the customer service expectations. House is average size nothing exotic and the basement cleaning was only a sweep because it is unfinished. So, no justification as to why the finished portion of the house was partially complete for $250.

Professional, timely, courteous and hard-working on their first visit. Did not engage in conversation, so we assumed they knew what to do/use on certain pieces because the company owner was not part of the group that showed up. I had interviewed the owner in my home and thought she would act as supervisor. Overall, was pleased with their work and to my knowledge, nothing was broken. Will definitely have them return.

They were fast and great did a beautiful job

Took too long for direct contact and return e-mails to set appointment... I totally she called right away but...when the appointment was set to clean only three rooms, the week before and a price given, they extended the time....I felt I could flex several hours for them but then, they were late for the second time they set, did not communicate and I wasted the whole days and weeks of preparation for this job. It was a bad experience and the owner did not take personal responsibility for it. I felt she was argumentative and put me last instead of her her clients first. It felt like she put others on and put me off until last, waiting until the evening to conclude this on a Saturday night would have been ludicrous....not worth it.....terrible disappointment to cancel Christmas plans .......

Absolutely the best cleaning service I've had in 10 years. All of my requests were met and more.Quick, efficient & thorough service. Definitely I hired her and will recommend to friends.

They did a wonderful job, accomplished an unbelievable amount in a very short time, and I would recommend them to anyone.
