He did a great job on working with me to get the concrete patio I wanted. My only complaint is that he has a large backlog of jobs to complete and compounded with some rainy weather caused delays on actually getting things built when I hoped it would be done. It's not really his fault. He did keep me informed about what was going on. To some degree it's a good problem for him to have as clearly he's going to be in business for some time and getting good reviews to keep this work flowing.

Worst concrete job ever. Had to tear out the first patio it was so bad. Uneven in so many areas, poor finishing. His friend put indoor pipe for electrical and then just thought this would be fine. Poured cement up to the house which had an hole in it - thank god the inspector came back and caught this or we would have had future problems. Anyone who does cement should have addresses this with us like you should repair that first. Inspector said it was the worst job he ever saw in many years. Signed contract nearly a year ago and still not finished. Owner wonâ t finish everything listed in the contract and told us he was too busy. Poured the concrete again and worst job ever sealing the stamped concrete as it appears the powder was not power washed off prior and then only partially sealed with drips you can see everywhere. Did not do any finishing on the regular concrete even asked after the first one for the edges to be done. Regular concrete is all over the stamped. Absolutely poor finishing job. Asked the owner to come see the job since it was poured and he explained he is too busy. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be my paradise backyard and itâ s horrible!!! Better business material for sure or unfortunately we may have to settle this through the court. Given this company so many opportunities to make it right, but heâ s too busy to even come back and look at his work. I could go on for paragraphs.

Multiple changes were made to this project, homeowner did not want licensed electrician to install pipe for electric and was put in after inspection! By one point of my workers friends Not by my recommendations. There was an issue that I was going to fix. A neighbor called the village on the homeowner for the electric and the village wanted the whole patio redone. Many issues trying to finish the job. Everyday was a new issue. The yelling, swearing and telling the crew how to do things and expected everything done cheap. This job lingered from end of last year. Tried to fix all issues but more kept coming. But did not consider the upgrades on
