Virginia Bathtub Refinishing

Working with this team was really easy to accomplish my project. They were friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Would definitely recommend them for a future bathtub projects.

Easy to schedule and did a good job on the tub!

Amid the hellish days of renovating came Virginia Bathtub Refinishing. They gave me the lowest bid, the earliest scheduling, and a perfect job. Cheerfulness is often underrated. The two workers were proud of the skill they'd acquired and happy to explain what they were doing. I'm so satisfied with the work--and the price that was half of what some other companies quoted--I am going to have them return to do the ceramic tile on the floor, even if it doesn't hold up as well as the walls, as I was advised. I wish all the work being done to the house was as high quality as this.

I took off on a Friday, guy never showed up, says car broke down. They come Sat, scrape off the caulking sanded and primed the tub. Sunday guys comes to apply final coat and cant because dust was destroying the prime he was putting down. He said other guy didnt apply seal around the wall Its now Monday and I have called and left several text and no one responds. I am seeking another company to finish the work

I was very pressed with the work this team did. Very efficient and professional. The was one small area in the corner by the toilet that they said was not up to their standards, and they made plans to come back the next morning to buff it out. As promised the team did and it was ready to get the glass doors installed. They were able to come out very quickly, which was important because of the glass installers schedule. All in all, great value, professional work- everyone is happy!

The technician broke a mirror, did not tell me, and did not do a great job of cleaning up the glass. Also left the showerhead unattached, so I could not use it until I fixed it myself. The quality of the tub resurfacing was fine but otherwise, I was not happy.

Communication was rough and inconsistent but the final product was great value for the money!

I had a great experience with this company. They were punctual, and the person doing the bathtub reglazing, Miguel, was very efficiente and open-minded. The job was not an easy one, because it entalied reglazing a bathtub with a shower door that could not be removed, but Miguel adapted to the situation, did a great job, and was also very corteous. Plus, the price was very fair. I would hire them again!
