This company contacted me first when I sent a request for a cooling/heating service inspection (early bird...). Receptionist was professional. Technician was prompt and courteous. Did the inspection. No issues. Very pleased with the overall interaction. Highly recommend Virginia Climate!

The service I received from Ray (tech) was excellent. He arrived a few minutes early which worked out good for my schedule. He explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. I would use this company again.

We had a roof-top gas furnace/central air unit condemned in early March. Emergency? Kind of, and we're glad it didn't happen a month earlier. George got us a proposal immediately, modified it to match what we needed, and had it installed and running less than a week. This was a major job requiring a crane that had to squeeze into an alley behind a Fan house. Quite the feat, and it went without any major hitches. Were there problems? Yes, no job is problem-free. But George rose to every single challenge. He met our expectations and cost limitations. We highly recommend Virginia Climate for all HVAC jobs, big and small.

I got several quotes on the install of a mini-split system--one quote nearly twice the price of Virginia Climate. They were able to send a rep. for the quote on the day I called and the system was installed 3 business days later. The crew was running late for the install, yet called to let me know. Fast, friendly, fair!
