Gene with VA Climate is a true professional and an excellent technician. He went beyond what was asked and made sure I was happy with the work he did. It's nice having someone look out for the customer when there are so many companies that don't.

The service I received from Ray (tech) was excellent. He arrived a few minutes early which worked out good for my schedule. He explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. I would use this company again.

We had a roof-top gas furnace/central air unit condemned in early March. Emergency? Kind of, and we're glad it didn't happen a month earlier. George got us a proposal immediately, modified it to match what we needed, and had it installed and running less than a week. This was a major job requiring a crane that had to squeeze into an alley behind a Fan house. Quite the feat, and it went without any major hitches. Were there problems? Yes, no job is problem-free. But George rose to every single challenge. He met our expectations and cost limitations. We highly recommend Virginia Climate for all HVAC jobs, big and small.

I got several quotes on the install of a mini-split system--one quote nearly twice the price of Virginia Climate. They were able to send a rep. for the quote on the day I called and the system was installed 3 business days later. The crew was running late for the install, yet called to let me know. Fast, friendly, fair!

I found my go to company. The customer service was incredible. I returned from my work trip and the heater wasnâ t working. I called them the next morning and spoke to a great person who said heâ d get someone over right away. He was true to his word and Ray showed up within an hour. He explained everything to me and had it fixed and working within 2 hours. This is one of the best companies Iâ ve worked with and they have a customer as long as Iâ m living in Virginia. I highly recommend Virginia Climate.

Jeff's quote is very competitive. He did a great job with installation. Just one word of caution: he did have lots going on everyday and you have to be patient. He was always late than the initial estimated time he said he would come due to other unexpected issues. But he eventually get the job done.
