We were very happy with the work performed by Virginia Glass Services. We had one window which had a type of fog between the panes due to air leaking in. They took out the window, replaced the panes and returned them The same day. We had a second window with broken panes. Both he gentleman who gave me the estimate and the one who came to take out and put back in our window were very professional. I would use this company again.

Sam is excellent to work with. He is very professional and courteous, and responds to messages in a timely manner. He honored a Home Advisor coupon that gives you a free window if you get at least 5 windows. He also fixed our leaking shower door for free. He had to special order one window and kept me updated on the order. There was one minor glitchhis crew missed sealing one window all the way through. When I notified Sam, he was very apologetic and he fixed it himself the very next day. I am not lowering my rating because of the way he quickly corrected the error. I highly recommend him.

Virginia Glass came through for me. I called so many companies trying to get my window repaired. I had a crack at the top portion of my windows and I called several companies and I received prices from $982. to $1000. They all were telling me I would have to replace the entire window because it was a double pane which was ridiculous to me. I was determined to find someone that would not try to rip me off and I found them here on Home Advisor and yes I tried Angie List where I found the expensive companies.
