Very disappointed with Virginia Green?s customer service. They came to remeasure my lawn on August 17 after we installed a pool and were supposed to send updated estimates for their Premier and Estate plans. I never received them. I followed up by email on August 28 and again on September 7 with no resolution. I then called, spent time on hold, requested a callback, and later tried again the next morning. I also sent a detailed written follow-up explaining the situation and that I would consider canceling if I could not get the estimates. More than a month after the remeasurement, I still had no estimate and no meaningful response. What should have been a simple pricing request required multiple emails, calls, and repeated follow-up. If it is this difficult to get a response when trying to purchase additional services, that raises serious concerns about overall customer service.
