Elton was quick to reply and so nice to work with. He diagnosed and fixed the problem for us. My only critique would be a lack of transparency around the pricing. He had to leave to get a part before he could finish the job, at which point he gave us an estimate for the job. When he returned, the quote was $50 higher, apparently because the part was more expensive than anticipated, though we did not see a receipt. Anyway, the overall price was still ok, and the very good service would still lead me to recommend him.

Virtual Electric,was courteous, professional and willing to do whatever it takes to do a great job. They called beforehand to verify the job,came on time. Explained everything about the process. Worked in a timely manner and cleaned up behind their job. Their price range was very reasonable. Made me aware of potential hazards. For my first experience with Home Advisor and Virtual Electric I was extremely pleased.I would recommend and use their company again.

I needed a few outlets installed in my apartment. When we spoke on the phone, Elton walked me through the different pricing, which was contingent on whether there was an adjacent outlet to draw the wires from or whether it required a new circuit. Elton arrived promptly and texted ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He is a highly skilled electrician as he came across some obstacles on the way and resolved each issue effortlessly. Elton is a preeminent professional and I will definitely hire him in the future. You will be in great hands with Elton!

Elton came to the apartment twice, first to evaluate the job and then to do the work repairing two outlets. Both times he was friendly, explained what he was doing, was polite and very professional. Next time I need an electrician I would call him. 5 stars! I gave "value for money" five stars thinking anything less could affect Elton's evaluation. This was my first time hiring an electrician so my expectations about pricing may have been a little unrealistic, but I thought it was a bit expensive.

Elton was the consummate professional who was as prompt and responsive as he was informative about the repair. After nearly 25 years in NYC, this was the first time I hired an electrician, and Virtual Electric is the only service I will use from now on. Excellent service.

Elton was easy to reach and communicate with. The project was completed but some obstruction issues along the way complicated things. Elton provided different options. We agreed to go with the one that included some manual labor which increased the price. I believe a team of 2 was scheduled to arrive but Elton ended up coming alone, which meant my super and I had to help out with tools and wiring.

I had been looking for an electrician for sometime before I tried Home Advisor. I was fortunate to connect with Mr. Elton Arnold. He was prompt, congenial and above all a competent professional. I have already recommended him to my neighbor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Arnold to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Elton and team were great. This fixture installation was complicated and they checked with me at each new "discovery" to make sure I agreed with their problem-solving strategy. They were professional and did a thorough job of cleaning up afterward. Their prices were very much in line with my expectations. As they worked I started thinking of a few other tasks they might accomplish for me, so I'm pretty sure we'll get a second visit.

They were lovely to work with: professional and competent. The owner, Mr. Elton Arnold, was intelligent and very accommodating. They had to return to do something, which was my fault, and they came right away with no fuss and reduced the cost of the 2nd visit-- it was not due to anything they did. I will use them again and would absolutely recommend them.
