We had a 9:00 appointment. He was two hours late. I had a doctors appointment early in the afternoon and I was worried he was not going to finish the job in time for me to make my appointment. He also spent the last 5 minutes talking to my next-door neighbor when he knew I was in a hurry to leave.

Virus did an excellent job with the repair portion of the work. However, for the rest of the job, he had no regard for the aesthics of it. His suggested alternative hiked the price up significantly. I didn't proceed because I worried about the quality of the work.
