We had to reschedule the apponitment and he was easy to work with. He completed the job on time and did a good job.

I hired Scott to repair a large strip of carpet that had been damaged by my dog. I provided him with a very large remnant, but he wasted 3/4 of that cutting strips that didn't fit the patch and needed to then be thrown away. He finally figured it out, but the patch was very noticeable. He told me it needed time to blend in , so I paid him, gave him a tip, and saw him off. About a month later he followed-up via text asking how things looked. I told him that the patch was still very noticeable and sent pictures. He did not reply and I hadn't heard from him since. A year later, the repair still looks terrible, and I will have to hire someone who knows what they are doing to do the job properly, except now I will have paid two companies full price to do the job that should have been done right the first time, or at least on the follow-up, but now since he wasted my remnant, I will either have to find and by a matching piece or have strips ripped out of my closet, which sucks. Very displease.

Cleaner was not on time. I called him the day of & he said he didn't have my # to confirm. He came b/c I was ready with things picked up. He was an hour late but did a descent job.

Scott was great to work with. He arrived when he said he would and the repairs were done beyond our expectation and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet repair or cleaning. We will definitely be calling him again.
