Small Projects Painting or Staining
The owner was consistent: He arrived on time and did not leave until what he d promised for the day was completed. Keeping a promise means a lot to me, no matter what it may be! His company cleaned up corrected the painting job previously paid to a different company who needs to be removed from Home Advisor list.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
After we hired them for the project it started to go downhill. Starting from the materials being delivered and no workers showing up like we were told, the materials all being left in the rain until we contacted them enough to come cover it, and then never being able to follow through with a time they were supposed to arrive on the job. We were given date after date of when it would be completed. We were initially told 3-4 days which turned into 2 weeks. We took time off of work to be here for them, and they would either not show up or show up late in the day so only a couple of hours of work would get done. Once it was finally all completed (taking 4 times longer than it was supposed to) it seemed great because we were finally able to enjoy the new patio cover and it looked exactly how we wanted, that was until a couple of months passed and it was raining a lot of so it was leaking. We contacted them and after a few days they came out and fixed the problem. Another couple of months passed and it started leaking again, but this time in multiple places. We contacted them and sent videos of the leaks and were told they would come out first thing to fix it. After a week passed and still no one had come to fix it we contacted them again and were told "after we finish these two current projects we will be out there. After an entire month passed and no one contacted us about coming out, we contacted them once again and were told they would come out that day but did not have their ladder so it would be another day or two when it was supposed to be clear weather. When he finally came out to take a look he said he was able to fix two of the leaks but one section of the patio cover needed to be fixed because the wood was completely warped from a different leak we were not aware of. We were informed they would order the new wood and be out a few days later to fix it. Of course that timeline did not happen and no one showed up until the afternoon a week after they came to fix the first set of leaks. The wood was delivered, and we were told the contractor would be there around 2 pm that day to take care of it and it should only take a couple of hours. 2 pm came and went, and we contacted them at 3 and again at 4:30 to find out what was going on, and I was told since it was getting late and would be dark soon he would be out first thing the next morning at 9 or 9:30 to complete it. It was raining that morning, so I gave some leeway and finally contacted them at 12 pm since the rain had stopped to find out when they would arrive. I never heard back from them that day, so I contacted them again the next day asking if someone would be coming out before the weather was supposed to get bad again. He finally reached back out to me and said they would be there that day to complete it. They replaced the wood that was damaged but said they would have to come back to paint once the weather subsided. Things are finally almost completed except the final cosmetic touches. This project started off great because they responded so quickly and were there the next day to give us a quote, but since we came to an agreement and the work actually begun it has been the worst experience. We would not recommend them because they can never stick to their word and it is a huge hassle to get things completed. The wood that was replaced was with lower quality materials, the project has been going for about three months since we contacted them about this issue and has not been finished. About three weeks ago when he came to repair of the first set of leaks, he told us he fixed everything. When he left, we found out there was still one leak, and he has not showed up again to fix that. We will now have to hire another person to have to come and repair that leak. Recommended? No
Response from Visionary Homes and Investments, LLC
"Yes, we were diligent about getting the repairs taken care of for Mr. Willie Copeland. Since the leak, we did show up multiple times to repair. In conclusion, he no longer wanted to use our services. I have apologized for the workmanship on this particular project and extended all warranties. Thanks."
