In 2010, owners Ed Fogarty and Scott Severino began coaching their 9 year old sons' baseball team together. They quickly discovered that they both worked in and had a passion for the lawn care industry as well as working with people. A friendship started and grew into a business partnership when the opportunity presented itself in 2014. Ed and Scott realized that they could provide a more diverse base of service for their clients at a higher level if they were to join together. Their common focus on personalized and outstanding customer service along with a joy for working with their clients combined well with their lawn care industry knowledge.

set up an appointment for someone to look at system. was told by Ed that it was a $75 to come out for the first hour. They came out on time as scheduled, within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Since I was being charged for the one hour I had them replace two sprinkler heads. The job was completed between 30 to 40 minutes. I received a bill for 1.5 hours labor for $112.50 and parts $35.00 total $147.50. Called and talked to Ed about the labor charge (which I was told was $75.00 for 1st hour) he said since he sent two men out the charge was for two not one, I was not told that option in advance, I assumed the $75.00 was a standard charge, he said he had to charge for two and if only one came out it would have taken one twice as long to repair. The one who found the problem in 10 minutes with no assistance from the other and that's why I had them change the two heads since I was paying for one hour any way. It should have been $75.00 charge to me since I was not told or informed that it was double the charge for two, Ed sent two out on his own.

"Bob, I am sorry that you so not feel the price structure is fair. We quote $75 for the first hour of labor. If there are 2 technicians we will bill for 1/2 hour times 2 people. It sounds like the project was done properly and on time although higher cost because of added work. I understand that the client would want to fill up all of they time they are paying for, so I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I am glad however that your system was repaired quickly and is functioning properly."
