They came out gave me an estimate and told me of other things they saw that needed attention. He said they would take time to repair them at no extra charge. They came and went but never touched those problems. I told them that I needed a 36" exterior door because I asked my contractor to put in a 36" door. They ordered a 36" door. Well the door was not 36" as I thought but they failed to measure the door and found they ordered the wrong size! They installed it anyway and it looks terrible. I'll need to replace the casement because it was not installed properly and does not match the old.
