Sam, the owner of Visual Audio Home Entertainment goes above and beyond to install any audio, home entertainment and any other system needs. We live in Prescott AZ and he made the trip from Phoenix to Prescott several times to install our entertainment system, surround sound, security system, 5 TV's, remotes and computers. He was so great at explaining how everything works. He made himself reachable all hours for questions and made other trips to Prescott to help with "human error" problems. His professionalism and polite behavior is what you would expect from a professional who is trained to do a job well which is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend Sam to be trusted with any home or audio installations you may have.

Visual Audio Home Entertainment built the first large screen for my projector. It's held up for over 10 years. Sam did such a great job that I'm hiring him to setup my new projector. He asked about my preferences, looked at my audio equipment and gauged everything to maximize the movie experience I'd have at home. He did a ceiling mount, organized and hid wires, recommended a projector based on the time of day and distance I'd be watching from and so much more. I trust him completely and highly recommend his services. If you're in the Phoenix Metro area, give Sam @ Visual Audio Home Entertainment a call, he does great custom work.

I reached out to Visual Audio after I had received a recommendation from a friend. I needed two tvs mounted in my home. Sam came out to my house within a day of reaching out and he had my tvs mounted in no time. I am very pleased with how the tv mounts came out. Very clean work done by Sam. TVs are holding up well. 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

Sam is a TOTAL pro!..we moved into a home that had NO audio/visual system at all. Sam created a complete system, created whole house WIFI ..tying all of our systems together…BETTER YET..when my old fingers managed to mess things up Sam was right there to correct my mistakes..he is RELIABLE..REASONABLE ..AND AVAILABLE..he will ALWAYS be our go to guy!
