Scheduled an appointment with Alex from this place (recommended by Sharp) in June 2018 to repair my Sharp microwave drawer. The microwave worked fine, but the service call was to repair the automatic drawer. He charged $125 for the service visit. He was on the phone with Sharp tech support and they determined it needed a new motherboard. The part was on back order, but when it was available in September, I had to notify him about it being available. After contacting him every other week (always required at least 3 phone calls or text messages to get a response), he finally got the part in and we schedule an appointment for him to replace the board on the week of Thanksgiving (over 2 months after the part was available). He replaced it, but it did not fix the drawer. So he said he thinks he knew what had to be fixed but had to return the motherboard, then order the new part. Said he would have it taken care of by that weekend. Didn't hear from him again so after waiting another week, started calling/texting again. Finally got a response from him that Sharp was giving him a hard time about returning the motherboard. So, because he didn't know how to fix the drawer he got stuck with the wrong part (~$150). After that, I kept following up with phone calls or texts but got no response. I guess he figured with what I paid him for the service call he could break close to even without doing any more work. Finally called another service provider; they diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part and came back and fixed it all within 1 week. If Alex didn't know how to fix my microwave, he should have said so on the first call. Even when trying to schedule an appointment with this guy he was always quick to tell you that he didn't work on Mondays and when he was on vacation. Always about him, not the customer. A huge waste of time. Stay away.

I wouldn't recommend him. I called him September 2016 to fix my TV. He looked at the TV and said he'll be able to fix it. He provided an estimate for the repair, and I gave him a deposit since he said he needs it to order parts. He added that if he couldn't fix the TV, I will be refunded the deposit. He came in and replaced the parts, but the TV was still not working. He said that he will contact Sharp. He found that the back light might be the problem may be too expensive to fix. When I reminded about our agreement he then said would need to contact colleague. I followed up with up then said that other part might be the problem. It is now December 2016 and my TV is still not working, and no refund has been received yet.
