For the level of service and professionalism, I would rate this company 5 stars. But, the price of the service is so affordable, it is refreshing. I have used this company twice and it will be the only one I will use in the future. I have hired some great plumbers, but the service and cost is by far the best with Vital Plumbing.

We have worked with Billy and his crew for some time now. One of the best in the business. Honest, reliable, and fair. These are rare to find in Southwest Florida. Billy is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Our water heater was leaking and he quoted a price and said he could come in 2 hours. He arrived promptly and replaced and even made another repair to the master bathroom sink while he was there. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs.

The first time I called Vital plumbing I had gotten a mason jar stuck in my sink, Billy was able to help me fix it over the phone at no charge. With this experience I decided to hire him to replace all three toilets in my home. Billy came over showed and explained to me the different options. I had no idea that there were so many toilet options between height and design. He helped us pick the right ones for our family and elderly family members who visit. When he came to install them he was professional, clean, efficient, and very fairly priced. I would recommend any of my friends family to Vital plumbing. Their customer service and standard of work was beyond my expectations. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!

Billy and his team were fantastic! Very quick to return my phone call and was at my house within the hour. My water heater was older and leaking and Billy explained my options. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and took his time explaining every aspect of the job. When I decided on a new heater he picked one up for me and installed it right away!
