Vitality Window Cleaning

I have a three story house. I never realized just how beautiful my place now looks--especially since beyond my property lies a forest! Vitaly's equipment is high-tech and mobile allowing him to get to areas I initially thought unlikely. He was punctual to the time I had set, which is no small thing, given my heavy schedule. I had a truly positive and excellent experience! Plus he washed the outside windows the once I could not reach. Thank you Vitality pro wash

Called and was able to set up service easily enough. Wanted to have my windows washed, home & soft-washed, and the back patio power washed. The only time they could come was when I was out of town (big mistake). I was not able to remove some of the window screens before we left and when my mother-in-law stopped by while they were working they demanded to I let them inside so they could remove the screens themselves. To make a long story short, we get home to find our front door and metal fixtures outside (light fixture, door handles, and locks) ruined. The finishes had been stripped off or discolored so badly that it was down to bare metal in some spots. And on top of that, all they did was attempt to was some of the windows and some spots on the house. Texted the owner asking what kind of chemicals they used and he said we did not use chemicals, but if you did not use chemicals, what did you do? Refused to admit fault, and when asked how he would make this situation right he stopped responding. Do not have your house ruined, go somewhere else.

My house and roof look like new! They also washed the outside of the windows. I appreciated the communication with the company and also their punctuality.

We have never had our windows cleaned and have a 1907 home in Minneapolis with very tricky storm windows and screens. They were fabulous! Arrived on time and were thorough, careful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Fast and efficient

Great work.

The owner of the company was okay but he brought an assistant who slopped water all over hardwood floors and did not do a good job on the windows he cleaned.

Might not show up to do the work told me rain or shine and excuse was it was raining
